Priscilla Babilonia

Priscilla Babilonia is a music educator, pianist, and vocalist, who has been teaching music in the Syracuse City Schools since 2002. From 2006 through 2015, Ms. Babilonia was the Choir Director at Corcoran High School.

While at Corcoran, Ms. Babilonia conducted various choirs and performing ensembles, in addition to acting as Music Director for many musical theater productions at Corcoran and district-wide. She currently teaches private music lessons for piano, voice, guitar and music theory at Piano and Organ Center in North Syracuse, NY.

She holds a Master of Science degree in music education from Syracuse University. A native of Puerto Rico, she studied piano at the Conservatory of Puerto Rico with prominent pianist, Luz Hutchingson. Ms. Babilonia performs in various school and church ensembles as an accompanist, choir director and worship minister in the Syracuse area. Formerly a 1982 graduate of Syracuse University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Priscilla Babilonia worked as an engineer for 17 years with Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation before pursuing a new career as a music educator.
